Check Form Fields
For each page with interactive content:
- Visually scan the form controls
- Are they visibly labeled and marked required where applicable?
- Run the Easy Checks Check Field Labels Bookmarklet
- Are all form controls labeled?
- Do the labels describe the information or selection for the control?
- Are any controls NOT labeled?
- Run the Easy Checks Check Required Fields Bookmarklet
- Are required fields correctly labeled?
Escalate for Remediation
- Unlabeled or mislabeled form fields
- Fields marked as required but not included in required scan results
